The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) commissioned Nova Terra to conduct a 2050 Foresight Study on the Future of Energy and Climate Action in Industry. The study was delivered at the 2025 UNIDO Industrial Development Board (IDB) meeting on July 1 and launched at the Global Green Industrialisation Dialogues (GGID), held July 7–9 at the UN Headquarters in Vienna, Austria.
